CUSTOMER SUPPORT & Order Processing  Specialist - £22k - £24k per annum, 37.5 hour week, 33 Days Holidays, Generous Company Pension, Annual Performance Bonus, Medical Insurance & Healthcare Cash Plan, Income Protection Scheme, Life Assuance Scheme, Free Parking

Our client is a Global Leader in both the switch and circuit protection markets. They are unique in that it is still a family owned and run business and it carries that feeling throughout its worldwide locations.

As a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist you will be allocated a specific territory and will be responsible for the day-to-day support required of customers within that region. In this role you will be responsible for developing and retaining a good understanding of their customers, building working relationships to facilitate best in class customer service. This role will work closely with their local warehouse team and manufacturing plants in Mexico and China to ensure all customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

• Previous customer service experience essential
• Strong communication skills – verbal and writtenManufacturing experience and production planning desirable
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent Data Entry Skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
• Second European language would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
